USE OF STUDENT IMAGE CONSENT - This question applies to internal use of images by the Italian Language School and the Italian Canadian Cultural Association of Nova Scotia (referred to as the “Association”). Do you agree and consent to allow the Italian Language School and/or the Association to take photographs/make videos of your child/children and grant permission for these to be shared bythe Italian Language School and/or the Association among the families and teachers within the school, exclusively for non-commercial purposes.

ENEWS - COMMUNICATIONS -- I consent to receive electronic or telephone communications, including without limitation emails regarding school information and e-newsletters and updates from or on behalf of the Italian Language School and/or the Association.

Terms and Conditions. By registering for classes at the Italian Language School of the ICCA (“Association”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

>> Registration and Payment
- All students must be registered and the fee paid in full before the start of each term and prior to participating in classes.
- Registration is not complete until payment is received in full and the student information form has been filled out.
- Payment can be made by credit card online or directly as e-transfer to finance@iccans.org
>> Refunds
- No refunds will be given for missed classes.
- A $10.00 administration fee is applicable to process refund requests.
- Refunds requested for withdrawal from classes after the start of the term are only applicable as follows, less the administration fee:
--Following the first week of each term of classes, full refund.
--Following the second week of each term of classes, full refund less the fee of two classes.
--Following the third week of each term of classes there will be no refunds, however, in the case of illness or extenuating circumstances, a partial credit may be applied toward future classes.
>> Attendance and Behaviour
-Regular attendance is expected of all students.
-Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards their teachers and fellow students.
-Students are expected to treat the property and premises at the ICCA school with care and respect.
>> Class Changes
-The Italian Language School reserves the right to cancel classes without notice prior to the second week of each term.
-The school reserves the right to change classes or amalgamate classes at its own discretion.
>> Liability
- The Italian Language School and/or the Association are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur on its premises.
- The Italian Language School and/or the Association are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
>> Privacy
- The Italian Language School and/or the Association will collect and use personal information provided during registration solely for the purpose of administering classes and events and communication via email and phone.
- The Italian Language School and/or the Association will not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
>> Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The Italian Language School and/or the Association reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Changes will be communicated to registered students or parents/guardians via email.
