Registration Form for Italian Language School for Children / High School Students - Winter 2025

Please fill out all the details below for ALL your children being registered for classes, once finished, you will be redirected to the payment form. Payment is made via online credit card.

You can also pay via e-transfer or cheque, but please note registration is not complete until we receive your payment in full and contact you that it has been received and the student information form has been filled out with all relevant information.

The best option to ensure your children are registered immediately is to pay using the online system that follows once you have completed your registration below.

E-transfers - send to finance@iccans.org - and indicate the name of the student(s) and that it is for children’s language classes.
Cheques - make out to the Italian Canadian Cultural Association of NS and mailed to: ICCA-NS, PO Box 9044 Stn A, Halifax, NS B3K 5M7

A special family rate is available for families enrolling two ($350 save $5/child) or three or more ($480 save $20/child) siblings. This special rate applies only to Children and High School students.

USE OF STUDENT IMAGE CONSENT - This question applies to internal use of images by the Italian Language School and the Italian Canadian Cultural Association of Nova Scotia (referred to as the “Association”). Do you agree and consent to allow the Italian Language School and/or the Association to take photographs/make videos of your child/children and grant permission for these to be shared bythe Italian Language School and/or the Association among the families and teachers within the school, exclusively for non-commercial purposes.

Terms and Conditions. By registering for classes at the Italian Language School of the ICCA (“Association”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

>> Registration and Payment - All students must be registered and the fee paid in full before the start of each term and prior to participating in classes. - Registration is not complete until payment is received in full and the student information form has been filled out. - Payment can be made by credit card online or directly as e-transfer to finance@iccans.org >> Refunds - No refunds will be given for missed classes. - A $10.00 administration fee is applicable to process refund requests. - Refunds requested for withdrawal from classes after the start of the term are only applicable as follows, less the administration fee: --Following the first week of each term of classes, full refund. --Following the second week of each term of classes, full refund less the fee of two classes. --Following the third week of each term of classes there will be no refunds, however, in the case of illness or extenuating circumstances, a partial credit may be applied toward future classes. >> Attendance and Behaviour -Regular attendance is expected of all students. -Students are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards their teachers and fellow students. -Students are expected to treat the property and premises at the ICCA school with care and respect. >> Class Changes -The Italian Language School reserves the right to cancel classes without notice prior to the second week of each term. -The school reserves the right to change classes or amalgamate classes at its own discretion. >> Liability - The Italian Language School and/or the Association are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur on its premises. - The Italian Language School and/or the Association are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property. >> Privacy - The Italian Language School and/or the Association will collect and use personal information provided during registration solely for the purpose of administering classes and events and communication via email and phone. - The Italian Language School and/or the Association will not share personal information with third parties without your consent. >> Changes to Terms and Conditions - The Italian Language School and/or the Association reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. - Changes will be communicated to registered students or parents/guardians via email. --------By submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
